Christian Iantosca is the team lead, listing agent + Broker. He works with clients in Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Mission Hill, Fort Hill, Cambridge and throughout Boston. He focuses on listings and specializes in Jamaica Plain, but will deliver his proven business approach to any neighborhood.

Christian brings intense focus, high energy and passion to all his Real Estate endeavors. He is one of only a handful of Realtors with a builder’s license, and has directed numerous developments and home renovations throughout Boston. Christian prides himself on knowing the technical details and nuts and bolts of each home he represents. Leveraging a Babson College business education, his strong negotiation abilities are highly regarded, and he works tirelessly for his clients to maximize price and predictability while minimizing obstacles and stress.

Launching his career at Arborview in 2000, Christian’s greatest achievement has been successfully developing a dedicated team of professionals with specialized roles to support his concierge level of service, ensuring the needs of each client are exceeded. Complementing Real Estate brokerage, Christian is passionate as an instrument rated private pilot, runner and triathlete, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Caitlin Unger has been a part of our team since 2008. Prior to joining the team, Caitlin sold real estate for four years throughout the booming D.C. suburbs, and comes from a family of Realtors. As Marketing Director, Caitlin uses her practical real estate background and specialized marketing insight to build the Arborview brand and create high quality print and online marketing materials. She is proud to work for a sophisticated, boutique firm that allows creative design for each client. Caitlin loves working in Jamaica Plain and owned a condo in the neighborhood for five years. Caitlin is an avid supporter of the Boston Public School system and is highly involved in her eldest daughter's school's PTA.

Nathan Kirby first developed a passion for the real estate industry after buying and renovating his first property during college. After a year and a half of working in the Cambridge/Somerville rental market, Nate brought that enthusiasm to Arborview. He immediately felt at home in the family business atmosphere, where he has been able to contribute his ideas and grow into Arborview’s Buyer Representative.

Nate takes a consultative approach with clients, educating them about the buying process and offering enough guidance and humor to make it a completely smooth and stress-free experience. He appreciates the trust clients place in him and enjoys taking the time to get to know them well in order to find the right fit. Nate strives to stay ahead of the game and is proud of his resulting success in getting his buyers’ offers accepted in a competitive sellers’ market.

In addition to several years of experience in real estate, Nate can offer his clients extensive insight into the construction and renovation process. He has managed a number of renovation projects while at Arborview, including a full gut renovation of a multifamily home purchased by an area investor. Nate’s attention to detail allows him to provide great background into small and large projects alike, making his skills invaluable to all types of buyers.

Nate also has a deep knowledge of the Jamaica Plain community. Having personally lived and invested in the neighborhood for over two years, he can speak to clients from a resident’s perspective about the strong sense of community and warmth JP offers. In addition to exploring the neighborhoods here, Nate enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with his wife.

Meredith joined Arborview in 2012 after obtaining her Real Estate Salesperson License. Having worked as an inside sales representative for a year, she was excited to begin a more dynamic and opportunistic career. Meredith’s focus at Arborview is on sales, where she acts as Arborview's listing coordinator and works very closely with clients throughout their real estate transactions. She loves having a variety of roles and appreciates the team atmosphere of a small, local business.
Meredith graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science from the School of Business studying Marketing, Real Estate and Urban Economics. She enjoys running, hiking and traveling in her free time.
